1 cup watermelon, small cubes
1 small orange, cut into small pieces
1 cup pineapple, small cubes
½ green apple, small cubes
1 cup purple grapes, sliced
1 cup plain regular or Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp honey
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ cup cashews, crushed
¼ cup pistachios, crushed
Cut all fruit into similar size, small pieces.
In a small bowl, mix together the yoghurt, honey, and cinnamon.
Layer fruit into four bowls or glasses.
Top with yoghurt and roasted nuts.
Optional, toast the nuts before crushing: Heat a skillet over low heat. When hot, add in the pistachios and cashews. Roast, stirring constantly until fragrant. Be careful to not burn. Remove from heat and set aside. Once cool, chop and crush.
