Pesto Halloumi Wrap

  • 1 wholegrain chapati or wrap

  • 50g halloumi cheese

  • ¼ cup sliced bell pepper and onion (can be roasted or sauteed)

  • 1 tbsp pesto (FORM recipe)

  • ½ tomato, thinly sliced

  • ¼ cup rocket (arugula), roughly chopped


  1. Heat a small nonstick skillet over medium heat.

  2. When hot, add the halloumi and cook for 2 minutes on each side.

  3. Remove from pan and set aside.

  4. If you prefer the bell peppers and onions soft, saute or roast.

  5. Spread the pesto down the centre of the wrap.

  6. Top with cheese, peppers, onions, tomato, and rocket.
