Homemade Peanut Butter

  • 300g peanuts

  • 1 tbsp peanut oil

  • ½ tsp salt


  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor (not a blender).

  2. Process until a smooth paste forms.

  3. You may need to stop every minute or so to scrape the sides of the processor bowl.

  4. Be patient, it takes time for the oils to release from the peanuts to get a smooth, even consistency.

  5. Pour into a jar, cover, and store in the refrigerator. Will last for 1 week.
