Ginger Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana, ripe

  • ¼ large carrot, peeled and roughly chopped

  • ½ tsp each: ground turmeric, ginger, cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg1 tsp honey

  • 1 scoop of protein powder (plain or unflavored)

  • 1 cup (250mL) almond milk (unsweetened)

  • Ice


Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except ice in a blender cup.

  2. Blitz until smooth.

  3. Add ice and blend until desired consistency.
