1 medium banana, ripe
¼ large carrot, peeled and roughly chopped
½ tsp each: ground turmeric, ginger, cinnamon
¼ tsp ground nutmeg1 tsp honey
1 scoop of protein powder (plain or unflavored)
1 cup (250mL) almond milk (unsweetened)
Place all ingredients except ice in a blender cup.
Blitz until smooth.
Add ice and blend until desired consistency.
