Ingredients
½ cup diced fresh fruit (I used dragon fruit, watermelon, oranges, and kiwifruit)
Fresh mint, chopped (optional)
Instructions
Divide fruit in an ice cube tray.
Add chopped mint (if desired).
Pour cool or room temperature filtered water over the fruit.
Freeze until solid.
Serve with water, soda water, or blend into a smoothie.
