Ingredients

  • 1 cup of frozen edamame beans

  • Sprinkling of salt

  • 3 cups of water


Instructions

  1. Put water in a saucepan with a sprinkling of salt and bring to the boil.

  2. Once the water is boiled add the edamame beans

  3. Let it simmer for around 6-8 minutes

  4. Drain once inside pods are soft Sprinkle with salt while they are steaming hot
