Creamy Edamame Dip Recipe

  • 2 cups (300g) edamame beans, cooked and shelled

  • ½ cup plain Greek yoghurt

  • ½ ripe avocado

  • 1 red chilli, seeded and chopped

  • 1 lime, juiced1 clove of garlic

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • ¼ cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped

  • Raw vegetable crudités, to serve (carrots, celery, peppers, etc.)


  1. Place edamame, yoghurt, avocado, chilli, lime juice, and garlic into a food processor.

  2. Blend until desired texture, either chunky or smooth.

  3. Taste and adjust seasonings (salt, pepper, chilli, lime juice) to taste.

  4. Stir in coriander.

  5. Serve with vegetables or crackers.

  6. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
