MEET OUR TEAM
Alex is a co-founder and the CEO of FORM Yangon. Born with a deep passion for serving others, Alex is committed to raising the standards of the health and fitness industry in Myanmar.
Alex is an International Certified Personal Trainer with NASM, a Certified Exercise Nutritionist with Precision Nutrition (L1), an Animal Flow Coach (L1) and a Certified TRX Coach (L1).
Strength & Conditioning
With 8+ years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Nicky is an extremely skillful and knowledgeable Coach that has seen it all. He lives to coach strength training and believes that anyone who commits to one of his personalised strength and nutrition programmes, can undoubtedly reach the goal they have always wanted to achieve.
As Head Coach, Nicky leads all Coach Development and Training programs at FORM, which allow us to maintain our high coaching standards. He’s a Certified TRX Coach (L1) and Animal Flow Instructor (L1).
